Tourism and Travel Mediation

The purpose of the Tourism and Travel Mediation is to promote the amicable settlement of unresolved disputes between consumers and providers of travel services (tourism, transport, accommodation, airport assistance, etc.) or leisure services (amusement parks, ticket offices for shows or sporting events, etc.), who have adhered to the Tourism and Travel Mediation Charter.

Independent and impartial, the Tourism and Travel Mediator's mission is to bring the parties together in order to encourage the emergence of an amicable solution, with the aim of preventing any contentious proceedings.
