Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the reservation and occupancy of accommodation offered by Insolites du Vercors. Any reservation implies the customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

2. Reservation and payment

The reservation becomes effective after confirmation by Insolites du Vercors. Payment terms (deposit, balance, accepted payment methods) are specified at the time of booking.

3. Rates

Rates are listed in euros, all taxes included, excluding tourist tax. They include the services listed on the website at the time of booking.

4. Caution

Two deposits are required upon arrival:

  • 80 € by check for the rental inventory,

  • €50 cash for cleaning.

These deposits are returned after inventory and verification of the cleanliness of the accommodation. If the cleaning is not perfectly carried out, the deposit of €50 is retained in full.

5. Arrival and departure times
  • Arrival: from 4 p.m.

  • Departure: before 11 a.m.

6. Capacity

The number of people occupying the accommodation cannot exceed the maximum capacity indicated at the time of booking. In the event of exceeding this limit, Insolites du Vercors reserves the right to refuse access or terminate the contract without refund.

7. Internal regulations
  • The accommodations are non-smoking.

  • Cars are prohibited on the estate; free parking is available at the entrance.

  • Please respect the farm's plants and animals.

8. Cancellation

Cancellation conditions are specified at the time of booking. In case of cancellation by the customer, fees may be retained depending on the notice period. Free within 1 month of booking but 100% within one month.

9. Force majeure

Insolites du Vercors cannot be held responsible in the event of unforeseen events beyond its control (bad weather, natural disasters, etc.) resulting in the cancellation or modification of the stay.

10. Personal data

The information collected during the booking process is necessary for the management of the stay. In accordance with current regulations, the customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.

11. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the tourism and travel mediation service will be contacted to take appropriate measures.
